Seine Schwerpunkte liegen u.a. auf: Einführung von SCM, SCM Aufbauorganisation, Einrichten der erforderlichen Infrastruktur, Identifizieren der Configuration Item-Typen, Namenskonventionen, Änderungsmanagement. Es wurde sehr systematisch dokumentiert, so werden z.B. sogar die erforderlichen Schulungsmassnahmen bedacht. Im Anhang des Dokuments findet sich ein Vergleich mit den Anforderungen von IEEE 828. |

| Das Dokument beschreibt das Software Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement eines realen Kundenprojekts. Im einzelnen geht es darin um die Identifikation von Konfigurationen, das Einrichten von Baselines, Namenskonventionen, Zugriff auf die Konfigurationselemente und Backup, den gesamten Prozess des Änderungsmanagements und mehr. Im Projekt war die Arbeit von internen und externen Zulieferern zu koordinieren, für die GUI- und die Nicht-GUI-Seite wurden unterschiedliche Konzepte und Werkzeuge eingesetzt. Konzeption und Realisierung erfolgten durch SYNSPACE. Das Dokument kann als Beispiel für ein funktionierendes Software Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement genutzt werden und sollte auf Ihre spezifischen Anforderungen zugeschnitten werden. Im Anhang des Dokuments findet sich ein Vergleich mit den Anforderungen von IEEE 828. |
