After the publication of part 5 of ISO/IEC 15504 and the associated acknowledgment as the official standard we revised the assessment tool SPiCE 1-2-1 completely. Since August 2006 two new, completely revised releases of the SPiCE Assessment Tool are available: Beside the product SPiCE 1-2-1 (version for ISO IS 15504:2006 SPiCE) there is also a version for Automotive SPICE™ available.
SPiCE 1-2-1 is a high-performance software tool for the performance of assessments according to ISO IS 15504:2006 (SPICE) and it implements the standard completely.
SPiCE 1-2-1 supports the assessor in each phase of an assessment - from planning over preparation and execution up to the evaluation of the results and preparation of the assessment presentation.
It is also suitable for users who want to make themselves familiar with the process model, without accomplishing assessments themselves.
