| Automotive SPICE und Functional Safety - Vergleich mit ISO WD 26262 |
| In der Automobilindustrie muss zunehmend Konformität gleichzeitig zu Automotive SPICE und der erwarteten, von der IEC 61508 angeleiteten, ISO (WD) 26262 für Produkt-Funktionssicherheit hergestellt werden. Es ist daher wichtig über die konzeptionellen Verschiedenheiten aber auch über inhaltliche Überlappungen informiert zu sein. Der Vortrag zieht zudem Schlussfolgerungen für das Ergänzen von Prozessen um Funktionssicherheits-Spezifika und leitet ein Target Capability Profile her, welches für die Entwicklung funktional sicherheitskritischer Systeme geeignet ist. |

In der Automobil-Industrie ist es elementar, die Produktqualität u.a. hoch-sicherheitskritischer Steuergeräte sowie das wirtschaftliche Abwickeln derer Entwicklungsprojekte in-time bei Herstellern sowie Lieferanten garantieren zu können.
Eine ganz wesentliche Voraussetzung hierfür ist eine hohe Entwicklungsprozessreife. Infolgedessen wurde in 2005 das Modell "Automotive SPiCE" veröffentlicht zur objektiven Bewertung der Entwicklungsprozessfähigkeit von Zulieferern sowie OEMs, einschliesslich anschliessende Prozessverbesserung (Software/Systems Process Improvement, SPI) auf Projekt- sowie auf Organisationsebene.
Jedoch adressiert dieses Modell keinerlei Vorgaben für Funktionssicherheit für hoch-sicherheitkritische integrierte Produktentwicklung, die in der Automobilindustrie ebenso hohe Relevanz besitzen und u.a. durch den massgeblichen Standard IEC 61508 gegeben sind.
Als notwendige Folge muss in der Praxis Konformität zu beiden Standards hergestellt werden. Für eine erfolgreiche, lückenfrei konforme Prozessgestaltung ist es daher elementar, über die Verschiedenheiten aber auch Redundanzen beider Standards orientiert zu sein. |
