Conception The course offers a description of the Automotive
SPICE® model from the point of a manager. Especially the differences between
the ISO/IEC 15504 and its containing process reference model and the domain
specific amendments of Automotive SPICE® will be described.
In addition to that the differences between Automotive
SPICE® and other models for the design and improvement of processes like CMMI®,
ISO 9001 and ITIL will be presented.
The participants will be shown possibilities for the
use of the model in their company and in the collaboration of sponsor and
supplier. Based on the course content the potentials of use for the own
environment can be rated.

The course consists of lectures, exercises and
discussions and offers plenty of chances for questions, discussions and
exchange of experiences.
Qualification certificate
At the end of the course all participants will receive
a VDA certificate of attendance.
Trainer
Trainers for this course are only experienced assessors
with extensive practical experience in the performance of assessments according
to Automotive SPICE®.
