The ISO 15504 – referred to as SPICE – is a worldwide spread an accepted standard for the rating and improvement of software development processes. In Germany it is especially used in the automotive industry.
Since 2007 assessments in the automotive industry are preferably conducted according to Automotive SPICE®.
Conception
The course offers a description of the Automotive
SPICE® model from the point of a project leader or a member of the project
team. The Automotive SPICE® supporting processes (quality assurance,
verification, reviews, documentation, configuration management and change
management) are being discussed in particular.
The mentioned processes will be introduced by means of
practical examples. It will be discussed which problems can occur during
assessments and how an according process improvement can look like.

The course consists of lectures, exercises and
discussions and offers plenty of chances for questions, discussions and
exchange of experiences.
Qualification certificate
At the end of the course all participants will receive
a VDA certificate of attendance.
Trainer
Trainers for this course are only experienced
Competent and Principal Assessors with extensive practical experience in the
performance of assessments according to Automotive SPICE®.
