Registration

An electronic (email) registration is mandatory. The amount stated in the course description is the attendance fee to be paid. The maximum number of participants can be found in the individual seminar description.

Attendance fee

Each participant will receive his/her bill together with his/her confirmation of course registration. The attendance fee is subject to payment at latest on the first day of the training. Included in the attendance fee are all teaching materials and documents provided during the course as well as rights of use for software used during the course. Apart from that all soft drinks and coffee are included as well. All attendance fees are stated without VAT.

Cancellation

The cancellation of any participant has to be done in written form. Up to 10 working days prior to the course there is no cancellation fee. After that 50% of the attendance fee has to be paid. In case of a cancellation 2 working days or less prior to the course we charge the entire participant fee. A paying substitute for an participant can be nominated at all times without extra costs.

Course performance

The course administration reserves the right to cancel single courses due to organizational reasons. SynSpace does not cover expenses for already booked travels or accommodation. Already paid attendance fees will be fully reimbursed in this case.

The course administration also reserves the right to exclude participants with insufficient performance from the course. In this case the attendance fee for the not attended parts of the course will be reimbursed less charges of 20% for administrative costs. Reserved are changes of schedule, course location, and trainer as well as minor changes of course content.

Liability

SynSpace refuses any liability for damages caused during the course. Particularly excluded is the liability for damages caused by computer viruses.

Copyright and other rights

All rights for the documents, programs, etc. provided or used during the course fully remain with SynSpace. Participants only have the rights of use for the provided software within the duration of the course. They commit to not copying any software or taking it outside the course premises.
