Tasks:
You are a leader who has already collected experience and success in several management positions. Now you want to use that professional knowledge in different functions and their best practices with an emphasis on ICT as a consultant for a recognized company.
You will support our clients operating on the spot while optimizing their processes and aligning the new orientation. Some of your tasks would be:
- Consulting in organization and process.
- Implementation of assessments and evaluations.
- Development and communication of strategies.
- Coaching of executives in change management.
- Motivation of teams and staff in new processes.
- Organization of workshops and training sessions.
- Management of portfolio, program and project management.
- Introduction of quality assurance systems.
Expectations:
We are looking for an employee who brings flexibility, expertise, commitment and professionalism and ideally who meet the following criteria:
- Several years of experience in leadership and management functions.
- Knowledge of CMMI, ITIL, SOX or other process models.
- Knowledge of project management methodology such as HERMES, GDPM, Prince2, PMBOK, etc.
- Knowledge of quality assurance measures such as ISO 9000, etc.
- Very good German and English skills. French is desirable.
- Flexibility in work organization and time management.
- Willingness to travel mostly in the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
