OPM3 (Organisational Project Management Maturity Model) is a maturity model for project management and portfolio management in an organization and was developed by PMI (Project Management Institute). Three dimensions will be measured and evaluated: Integration, the actual project management processes, as well as the degree of standardization, Measurement and Control.
