Process Consultant (f/m) D

Responsibilities

You´ll assist our customers in various areas in their efforts to improve their development processes, or in their work to formulate safe and optimal development processes.

As a certified assessor you will lead assessments or audits according to various process standards, predominantly SPICE (Automotive Spice®). You will assume the responsibility for the design and planning of measures for improving the process maturity of development projects. You´ll support our customers through active participation in the implementation of measure and the progress assessments. Coaching, organization and leadership of workshops and trainings will also be among your responsibilities.

 

Expectations

If you already have practical experience in the development of complex electrotechnical systems, and are also familiar with methods and standards including CMMI, SPICE (ISO 15504), and Safety (IEC 61508 / ISO 26262), you already possess the important background for the responsibilities listed above.

Further, you also have:

  • A successfully concluded engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics or computer science.
  • Experience in process design (Hardware and/or software) or in the area of quality management
  • Experience in project management
  • Ideally, initial experience in quality control measures with corresponding tools (for example DOORS, Quality Center, etc.) or in the area of functional security (FMEA, etc.)
  • Knowledge in software testing with corresponding ISTQB certification (an advantage)
  • Fluent German, written and spoken English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a team, but also the ability to work independently

You´ll normally be working with our customers on site, so flexibility and mobility are a matter of course for you.

Management consultant for organization and processes (f/m) CH

Responsibilities

You are a leader who has already collected experience and experienced success in several management positions. You would like to apply this knowledge now as a consultant for a well-recognized organization in various functions and be able to apply your best practices, with an emphasis on ICT. You will be supporting our customers on site and helping them to optimize their processes and reorient their management.

Your strengths include:

  • Advising on organization and processes

  • Motivating team members in the introduction of process changes
  • Executing workshops and trainings
  • Leading portfolio, program and project leaders
  • Introducing quality control systems

 

Expectations

We are looking for employees who bring flexibility, professional knowledge, dedication and professionalism and who fulfill, ideally, the following criteria:

  • Several years of experience in leadership and management functions
  • Knowledge of CMMI®, ITIL, SPiCE and other process models
  • Knowledge of project management methods like HERMES, GDPM, Prince2, and others
  • Knowledge of quality assurance measures like ISO 9000 and others
  • Very good command of German and English. Knowledge of French desired
  • Flexibility in organization of work and time management
  • Willingness to travel, predominantly within the DACH countries
